At least one of Crivello, Carlson & Mentkowski's lawyers ignored a conflict and the client is taking the heat. Ray Pollen knows his action injured the Village of Shorewood, but he won't acknowledge it even when new suits are pending. Instead, he bills for the trouble his client gets.
