Although Congressman Bart Gordon's Web site announces to visitors that he is "staying in touch with Tennessee's 6th Congressional District," local folks aren't the only ones he's serving. Out-of-state contributors like Enron gave him 27% of his money, while  54% of his $1.2 million in re-election contributions was from political action committees.
